Wisconsin requires at least 5 days’ notice (Wis. Stat. § 704.17(1p)(b) ↗). 5-day notice with right to cure for a first violation and 14-day no-cure notice for repeat violations within 12 months (§ 704.17(2), leases of one year or less); for month-to-month tenancies, § 704.17(1p) permits a 14-day no-cure notice even for a first violation.
