Tennessee requires at least 14 days’ notice (Tenn. Code § 66-28-505(a) ↗). 14-day notice; a 5-day grace period applies before late fees (§ 66-28-201). A conspicuous 12-point-bold lease waiver permits immediate detainer filing for nonpayment without notice.
