Lease Violation (Cure or Quit) — Tennessee
Tennessee requires at least 14 days’ notice (Tenn. Code § 66-28-505(a) ↗). 14 days to cure; tenancy terminates 30 days after notice if not cured (URLTA counties). A repeat violation within 6 months allows a 7-day termination notice without a cure right.
Some states restrict which delivery methods are valid — check the statute referenced on your notice.
