Oregon requires at least 10 days’ notice (Or. Rev. Stat. § 90.394 ↗). 10-day notice given no sooner than the 8th day of nonpayment, or 13-day notice from the 5th day; the old 72-hour notice now applies to week-to-week tenancies only.
