Rent Increase — Maine

Maine requires at least 45 days’ notice (14 M.R.S. § 6015 ↗). 45 days' written notice for rent increases on residential tenancies at will; increases of 10% or more (including cumulative increases over 12 months, and mandatory recurring fees) require 75 days (P.L. 2023 c. 388).
