Lease Violation (Cure or Quit) — Massachusetts
Massachusetts requires at least 30 days’ notice (Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 186, § 12 ↗). No separate statutory cure-or-quit for tenancies at will; violations are handled with a full termination notice. Lease tenancies follow the lease's cure terms.
Some states restrict which delivery methods are valid — check the statute referenced on your notice.
