Rent Increase — Connecticut
Connecticut requires at least 45 days’ notice (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 47a-4e ↗). 45 days' written notice statewide (PA 24-143, eff. 10/1/2024); for leases of one month or less, one full rental period. Municipal fair rent commissions may review increases.
