Colorado requires at least 21 days’ notice (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 13-40-107(1)(c) ↗). 21 days for a month-to-month tenancy; longer periods apply to longer tenancies. Under HB24-1098 (2024), after 12 months' occupancy no-fault termination grounds require 90 days' notice — the 21-day figure is safe only for shorter or exempt tenancies.
