Nonpayment of Rent (Pay or Quit) — Arkansas

Arkansas requires at least 3 days’ notice (Ark. Code § 18-60-304 ↗). 3-day notice for civil unlawful detainer. Arkansas also has a separate 10-day criminal failure-to-vacate statute; most landlords use the civil route.
